Bristol Myers Squibb invites top MBA candidates to join the FA Program, a two-year rotational track with four six-month placements across Finance. You will build broad experience in operating budgets, R&D portfolios, and FP&A, with exposure to senior management and a strong alumni network.

After completing rotations, opportunities arise to transition to full-time Finance roles across Commercial, R&D, Manufacturing, Treasury and Corporate FP&A, enabling a fast track for career growth within BMS.

Qualifications

• MBA candidate expected to graduate Spring 2027.
• 3–5 years of work experience with strong financial and analytical skills.
