Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join its Management Internship in Waterbury, CT. You’ll learn to run a fleet of vehicles, assist customers, and help develop marketing strategies within a team-based environment.

This paid internship starts with a 40-hour week and a $19/hour rate, with opportunities to grow and compete on projects. You must be a rising senior in a 4-year college, with a valid driver’s license, and be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Rising senior in a 4-year bachelor program with graduation between Aug 2027 and Aug 2028
• Experience in customer service, sales, leadership, or collegiate athletics
• Valid driver's license with ≤2 moving violations in 3 years
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future
• Willing to accept $19/hour
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours/week; training on May 19, 2027 or May 25, 2027; internship ends Aug 6, 2027

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on projects
• Learn to run a fleet of vehicles, take care of customers, and build marketing strategies
