Job summary

Enterprise is offering the Management Internship at our Rapid City, SD location. This paid program lets university students gain hands-on business and leadership experience from day one, working with a team of peers and full-time professionals.

You will develop skills in fleet management, customer relations, and marketing strategies, completing intern projects within a collaborative environment. The internship requires rising seniors enrolled full time, with a May start for a 10–12 week term.

Qualifications

• Must be a rising senior enrolled full time for the upcoming semester graduating with a Bachelor's Degree no later than May 2028
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on your record in the past 5 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with the availability to start in May.
