Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join our Management Internship in Sioux Falls, SD, a paid, fulldtime program designed to build leadership and business skills over 10–12 weeks.

Youll work 40 hours per week starting May 19, 2027, gaining real responsibilities, projects, and exposure to fleet operations, customer care, and marketing strategy. Compensation is $17 per hour, with dates and in-office experience specified.

Qualifications

• Current student pursuing a Bachelors Degree with a graduation date of Aug 2027, Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Valid drivers license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the ability to start May 18, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available on the specified dates listed in the posting.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and assist customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
• Eligible for performance incentives and employee referral rewards.
