Job summary

Enterprise is seeking an Management Intern to hit the ground running and build leadership and business skills. You’ll join a team-based environment and work on real-world projects across fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies.

This paid internship offers a 40-hour work week with benefits and long-term career opportunities after graduation, targeting university students in Colorado. The role emphasizes hands-on learning and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program and graduating by May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in past 5 years (i.e. DWI/DUI).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must reside permanently in Colorado or attend College/University in Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Enterprise Management Internship program and take on internships projects.
• Develop skills in fleet management, customer service, and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with peers in a team-based environment and engage in learning activities.
