Job summary

Enterprise's Management Internship Program is designed to help university students build valuable business and leadership skills from day one, with paid internship experience that mirrors challenges faced by first- and second-year full-time professionals.

You'll work in a team-based environment, develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles, assist with customer relations and marketing strategies, and complete intern projects while competing with peers for recognition and rewards.

Qualifications

• Rising senior enrolled full time for upcoming semester (graduation Dec 2027 or May 2028).
• 6 months of sales, customer service, marketing or management experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 3 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions in past 5 years on driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment, start mid May to August.

Responsibilities

• Develop the skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and build customer relationships.
• Assist in creating marketing strategies and engaging customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in peer competitions; potential incentives.
