Job summary

Enterprise Mobility's Management Internship offers university students real-world leadership experience, learning to run a fleet, serve customers, and develop marketing strategies in a team-based setting. You will tackle projects alongside peers, gaining marketable management skills from day one.

Located in the El Paso, TX area, the internship runs 10–12 weeks starting January 2027, pays $16.00/hour, and requires a current full-time bachelor's student graduating December 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's degree program with graduation date between now and Dec 2027.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction (i.e. DUI/DWI) on driving record in past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in future.
• 10-12 week commitment with start in Jan 2027.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within business hours.
• Must live in the El Paso, TX area, or plan to relocate prior to start date.

• Help develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly peer competition.
