Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join its Management Internship in the El Paso, TX area. This paid, part-time program runs 10–12 weeks, with 20 hours per week and flexibility for class schedules.

Ideal candidates are in their senior year, graduating May 2028, and eager to develop leadership, sales, and customer service skills. You’ll work alongside first- and second-year professionals, gaining real-world experience in fleet operations, customer interactions, and marketing initiatives

Qualifications

• Current student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, graduating May 2028 or later.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations or at-fault accidents in 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10–12 week internship with May start.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Able to work at least 20 hours per week during business hours.
• Reside in the El Paso, TX area or plan to relocate before start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and serve customers.
• Assist in marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
