Job summary

Enterprise invites university students to join its Management Internship in the Temple/Killeen area, offering hands-on business and leadership experience from day one. The program is part-time (25 hours/week) from January 4, 2027 to April 2, 2027, paying $18 per hour and featuring employee discounts and career opportunities after graduation.

Interns will rotate through responsibilities to learn fleet management, customer care, and marketing strategies while competing for performance incentives

Qualifications

• Senior enrolled in a full-time BachelorA0s degree program.
• Must graduate by May 2027.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Valid driverA0s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in past 3 years.
• No drug/alcohol-related conviction on driving record in past 5 years (DUI/DWI).
• Authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now or in the future.
• Must live in Killeen, Temple or surrounding area.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet, serve customers, develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers; may qualify for performance incentives.
• Learn in a team-based environment while gaining real-world management experience.
