Job summary

Enterprise Mobility's Management Internship in Albuquerque is a paid, part-time program designed for a senior-year student graduating by May 2028. You'll gain real-world leadership experience while contributing to fleet management, customer service, and marketing efforts.

From day one you'll work on projects, compete with peers, and have opportunities for performance incentives and referrals. The internship emphasizes learning, growth, and teamwork in a global mobility business.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student enrolled in a bachelor's degree program with graduation date between now and May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment with availability to start in Jan 2027.
• Minimum of three months experience in sales, customer service, management or leadership.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week within business hours.
• Must live in the Albuquerque, NM area or plan to relocate before start date.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and participate in friendly peer competition.
