Job summary

Ruppert Landscape Co in Nashville offers a 10–12 week paid Landscape Install Internship, combining hands-on field training with office operations. You’ll work with crews, shadow project teams, and gain mentorship while contributing to real projects and preparing for a career in the commercial landscape industry.

Eligibility includes a high school diploma or GED and pursuing a degree in horticulture or related fields.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Active pursuit of a degree in horticulture, turf management, agribusiness, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills; adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Team-oriented, customer-focused, and willing to support various operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds; proficient with MS Office apps.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Project Management, Estimating, Sales, and Operations teams.
• Dedicated mentorship and feedback to support professional development.
• Exposure to leadership development and collaborative team projects.
