Job summary

Ruppert Landscape is offering a 10–12 week Landscape Install Internship in Nashville. This paid program provides hands-on field training, mentorship, and exposure to field operations as part of a collaborative team.

Interns gain real-world experience, shadow departments such as Project Management and Estimating, and may be considered for future full-time opportunities. The schedule combines field and office work, with an emphasis on safety, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Actively pursuing a degree in Horticulture, Turf Management, Agribusiness, Business Management, Operations Management, Construction Management, or related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.
• Interest in working in a team-oriented, customer-focused industry with a willingness to support a variety of operational needs.
• Comfortable working in both office and outdoor field environments.
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds as part of routine job duties.
• Proficient in computers and MS Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Hands-on field training across multiple areas of field operations.
• Job shadowing with Project Management, Estimating, Sales and Operations teams.
• Dedicated mentorship and feedback throughout the internship.
• Management and leadership development through team activities and projects.
• Collaborative work with interns and professionals to complete meaningful projects.
• Final presentation of internship experiences and learnings.
