Job summary

Labcorp is seeking a Lab Intern to join our Holyoke, MA team. This 11-week paid internship runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, 40 hours per week.

You will shadow laboratory professionals, learn diagnostic workflows and basic techniques under supervision, and support approved projects. Eligibility requires current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science, or Medical Technology bachelor’s degree program.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Chemical, Biological, Clinical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology Bachelor’s degree program.

Responsibilities

• Shadow laboratory professionals and learn diagnostic workflows, instrumentation, and department operations
• Assist with non-testing laboratory tasks, such as specimen organization, inventory, and workspace preparation
• Participate in approved mock testing, demonstrations, and basic laboratory techniques under supervision
• Support approved laboratory projects
• Follow all safety and compliance standard operating procedures
