Job summary

Excel Sports Management in Dallas offers the Spring 2027 Search & Advisory Intern program as a paid opportunity with a hybrid schedule. Interns will gain in-office experience for about 3 days per week and are responsible for their own transportation and housing. The program runs Jan 11, 2027 to May 6, 2027, with 24-29.9 hours weekly.

Office hours are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CT, Monday–Friday or as arranged with an advisor. Applications close Nov 20, 2026; offers are expected by late November.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and in a team.
• Must be a recent graduate, graduate student, or college senior.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain Pipedrive and CRM systems.
• Assist recruiters in inputting candidate information and keeping assignments up to date.
• Coordinate meetings with clients and candidates and support communications throughout the search process.
• Conduct research and prepare documents and presentations to aid in the acquisition of new clients.
• Assist in the creation and implementation of new internal document templates and user guides.
• Assist in client relationship management, including sourcing and sending client gifts, drafting communications, identifying outreach opportunities.
• Manage internal utilization reports to track team capacity and project progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on various internal and client-facing projects.
