Job summary

Moroch is offering Spring 2027 Internship opportunities across multiple departments in the Dallas area. Interns will gain hands-on experience in their assigned department, supported by a supervisor and structured learning opportunities to build professional skills and industry knowledge.

Interns must work in person at the Dallas Design District office at least two days per week, 4 hours per in-person day, with hybrid scheduling and a total of 20 hours weekly during the 12-week program.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college and classified as a Junior or Senior during the internship.
• Readiness to contribute to a professional services environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with others
• Demonstrated time management, organization, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to learn new technology
• Strong interest in the advertising industry and in gaining professional experience through an internship
• Curiosity and a desire to learn
• Available to begin the internship January 25, 2027
• Required to work 17-20 hours per week within agency business hours, hybrid
• Applicants must be 18 years or older; U.S. work authorization without sponsorship now or in future
