Qualifications

• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with HRIS software is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to the HR and Payroll team.
• Partners with HR Generalist on administrative functions and data entry in HR databases.
• Assists with creating and maintaining electronic personnel files.
• Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assists in onboarding activities for new team members.
• Assists with data entry and data scrubs.
• Supports company culture and company events.
• Performs ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
