Qualifications

• Full-time student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related major.
• Must have a minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher

Responsibilities

• Maintains filing systems and training records; processes ID badges and HR paperwork.
• Assist with recruiting activities, including posting openings and scheduling interviews.
• Help support onboarding of new hires.
• Assist with payroll queries and deductions/garnishments questions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company regulations.
• Stay updated on HR laws/regulations and share relevant changes with management.
• Perform other duties as assigned
