• Partners with Human Resources Generalist on administrative functions, such as data entry in various Human Resources-related databases.
• Assists with creating and maintaining team members’ electronic personnel files.
• Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assists in onboarding activities for new team members.
• Assists with data entry and data scrubs.
• Supports company culture and company events.
• Performs ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

As an intern at Ware Malcomb, you will gain hands‑on experience working alongside industry professionals. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day administrative functions of the Human Resources Department under the direction of the Human Resources Generalist.

This is a paid, fully onsite internship. Candidates must be able to work in person at the Irvine office.
