Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service to the Human Resources and Payroll team.
• Partners with Human Resources Generalist on administrative functions, such as data entry in various Human Resources-related databases.
• Assists with creating and maintaining team members’ electronic personnel files.
• Responds to inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Assists in onboarding activities for new team members.
• Assists with data entry and data scrubs.
• Supports company culture and company events.
• Performs ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
