Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or related program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record.
• Hands-on skills with mechanical tools and on-the-job learning preferred.
• Tech-savvy with customer-service focus.
• Clear written and verbal communication; organized in fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn alongside a skilled mentor to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble and service real equipment.
• Document machine details and repair work on service orders with parts and fluids used.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and take pride in tools and machines.
