Qualifications

• Enrolled in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and strong attendance to stay eligible for program benefits.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical tools and on-the-job learning in a supportive environment.
• Strong computer skills and a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills; organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Valid US work authorization and able to work without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn alongside a skilled mentor how to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble and service real equipment.
• Document machine details and repair work on service orders, including parts and fluids used.
• Keep workspace clean and organized and show care for tools and machines.
