You’ll perform basic maintenance, assist with diagnostics, and learn to use advanced shop tools under experienced mentors. Formación

• Enrolled in an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or related program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• First-year student; two-year internship prior to graduation.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and good attendance record.
• Strong mechanical tool experience and hands-on learning mentality.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble and service equipment alongside a mentor.
• Document machine details and repair work on service orders; track parts and fluids used.
• Keep workspace clean and organized; care for tools and machines.
