Job summary

RDO Equipment Co. is offering an AYF Service Internship in Hawley, MN, where you will perform basic maintenance and repairs, assist with diagnostics, and learn to use advanced tools in a shop setting.

You’ll work alongside experienced technicians and mentors invested in your success, with the potential for full-time employment after graduation. The program includes company-paid tools, a $5,000 graduation sign-on bonus, and up to $20,000 in financial incentives.

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in or attending an approved Heavy Equipment Service, Diesel Technology, or technical service program recognized by RDO Equipment Co.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA and a solid attendance record are required to stay eligible for program benefits.
• Valid work authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
• Ability to use mechanical tools and diagnostics in a hands-on shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Learn from a skilled mentor how to diagnose, inspect, recondition, repair, assemble, and service real equipment.
• Document machine details and repair work on service orders, including parts and fluids used.
• Own your workspace by keeping it clean and organized and showing care for tools and machines.
