Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Rising junior/senior or recent graduate within 6 months preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data sets.
• Attend cross-disciplinary team meetings and advocate for information.
• Create and execute a survey to understand member needs, preferences, and experiences; summarize results for opportunities identified.
• Immerse in NCQA and health plan accreditation processes and related documentation.
