Responsibilities

• Support Health Partner Engagement team with provider relationships and education.
• Review policies, SOPs, data, and performance metrics to identify gaps and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Care Management and other healthcare operations teams.
• Explore opportunities to incorporate AI, automation, and process improvements.
