Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Accounting or Finance with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to work in a team.
• Interest in a manufacturing finance environment and learning finance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support FP&A activities, including reporting and data review.
• Assist month-end close, reconciliations, and journal entries.
• Contribute to record retention, internal controls, and audit support.
• Learn Parker finance systems and reporting tools.
• Engage in finance-related projects and cross-functional work.
• Participate in training, mentorship, and skills development.
