Parker Hannifin offers a Finance + Accounting Internship Program designed to develop talent through hands-on exposure to finance and accounting in a manufacturing environment. Interns will support real projects across planning, month-end close, reconciliations, reporting, and internal controls, with measurable goals and mentorship.
Successful completion may lead to the Leadership Development Program. Fall and Spring internships require at least 12 weeks; Summer internships at least 10 weeks.
The Parker Finance + Accounting Internship Program is designed to develop emerging talent through hands-on exposure to finance and accounting in a manufacturing environment. Interns will support real projects related to financial planning and analysis, month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, reporting, record retention, internal controls, and other finance-related initiatives. This paid internship includes measurable goals, mentorship, and practical experience working with Parker finance, accounting, operations, and cross-functional business teams. Interns will gain exposure to how financial data supports business decisions, operational performance, compliance, and long-term planning. Upon successful completion, this internship may serve as a pathway to Parker’s Finance + Accounting Leadership Development Program. Fall and Spring semester internships must be at least 12 weeks in length. Summer semester internships must be at least 10 weeks in length.
