Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership interest or experience through projects, organizations, internships, or extracurricular activities.
• Interest in working in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to learn finance processes, accounting principles, and company operations.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning and analysis activities, including reporting and data review.
• Assist with month-end close, account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial documentation.
• Support record retention, audit support, and internal control documentation.
• Learn and use Parker finance systems, accounting tools, and reporting applications.
• Analyze financial or operational data to support business decisions and process improvements.
• Participate in finance-related projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, and other business teams to understand workflows.
