Qualifications

• GPA 3.0 or better and pursuing an engineering degree.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Work with engineers through product development stages from concept to production.
• Perform performance/data analysis and test/validation of products.
• Prepare product specifications and drawings; design cost-effective solutions.
• Support testing, documentation, and project coordination with supervision.
• Participate in trainings and Lunch & Learn sessions.
