Job summary

• Knowledge of related engineering discipline functional and technical skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Office, and SolidWorks.
• Good writing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply school knowledge to hands-on engineering tasks in equipment and facilities design.
• Achieve performance goals with increasing responsibility in facilities engineering.
• Identify and recommend equipment improvements for projects.
• Attend regular departmental meetings.
• Attend training sessions, symposia and educational opportunities.
• Perform or review procedures and documentation for maintenance tasks.
• Take ownership for identified projects.
• Participate on project teams to analyze improvements and develop requirements.
• Work within specifications to meet project goals on time and accurately.
• Collaborate with peers and other departments on new equipment development and energy conservation.
• Other duties as assigned.
