Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is seeking a co-op student in Cleveland/Wickliffe, Ohio, within the Airfoils division, to support engineering assignments in materials, mechanical or aeronautical disciplines.

This full-time co-op provides hands-on process and product design experience and progressive responsibility in project work. The role includes learning on the shop floor, attending departmental meetings, and training sessions while contributing to product development and process

Qualifications

• Knowledge of related engineering discipline functional and technical skills.
• Good writing skills and interpersonal skills.
• US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Responsibilities

• Apply principles learned in school to hands-on situations, such as process and product design.
• Achieve performance goals with progressive responsibility in process and/or product engineering.
• Identify and recommend process improvements for specified projects.
• Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Perform or review systems analysis, testing, and documentation for existing processes.
• Own identified projects and collaborate on new product development with team.
