Job summary

Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) invites applications for the Facilities Engineering Co-Op - Summer 2027.

The program assigns hands-on projects that apply mechanical, electrical, and industrial engineering concepts in a real-world manufacturing setting. Selected students will gain progressive responsibility, work 50–60% in the plant, and participate in team-based design, upgrades, and energy-efficiency initiatives, with compensation of $25 per hour for 40 hours a week and potential rotation

Qualifications

• Knowledge of related engineering discipline functional and technical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Office, and SolidWorks.
• Good writing skills and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Apply engineering principles to hands-on equipment and facilities design and improvement.
• Gain progressive responsibility in facilities engineering during the co-op.
• Identify and recommend equipment improvements for projects.
• Attend regular departmental meetings and training sessions.
• Develop requirements and specifications with project teams.
