Jordan Digital Marketing is a fully remote digital marketing agency seeking an Account Lead to drive client results, retention, and team performance across accounts and direct reports.

You will own client success, apply hands-on cross-channel expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta, manage strategic execution and client relationships, and lead your team to deliver campaigns on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of paid advertising experience.
• Experience leading account strategy and client relationships.
• Experience managing direct reports.
• Experience across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Based in the United States (remote role).
• Strong ability to analyze and report on campaigns.
• Excellent communication and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own client success across accounts and reports.
• Apply cross-channel expertise across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn, and Meta.
• Lead strategy, execution and client relationships for key accounts.
• Develop direct reports through coaching and performance feedback.
• Ensure campaigns, test plans, and reporting meet standards and budget.
• Be the first point of escalation for team accounts and drive resolution.
• Inform leadership about account health and capacity.
• Uphold department processes and improve workflows.
• Support sales through audits and strategy development.
