Qualifications

• Must be enrolled full-time at a college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
• Strong MS Office skills including Outlook, Excel, Word and Access.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Review customer and sales order specs for accuracy.
• Communicate with customers and internal teams by phone and email.
• Assist with order processing and ensure data entry accuracy.
• Investigate and help resolve order discrepancies.
• Support production work order preparation for manufacturing.
• Enter and maintain data in company systems.
• Collaborate with customer service, manufacturing, shipping and sales.
• Organize and maintain customer and operational documentation.
• Assist with special projects and other administrative duties.
