Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Communications, Business, Marketing, Communications, Operations, or related field.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Access).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing customer and sales order specifications for accuracy.
• Communicating with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
• Assisting with order processing and ensuring information is entered correctly.
• Investigating order discrepancies and helping resolve them.
• Preparing production work orders for manufacturing and entering data into company systems.
• Collaborating with customer service, manufacturing, shipping and sales teams.
