Job summary

Enterprise’s Management Internship in Bloomington, IL invites university students to gain real-world leadership experience in a paid 10–12 week program starting May 19, 2027. The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, paid at $17 per hour, with on-site duties at the Bloomington office.

As an intern you will tackle projects alongside peers, learn how to manage a fleet of vehicles, serve customers, and help develop marketing strategies while building valuable relationships with coworkers.

Qualifications

• Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree with graduation in Aug 2027, Dec 2027 or May 2028.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require sponsorship now or in the future.
• 10-12 week commitment (≤90 days) with availability to start May 18, 2027.
• Must be able to work 40 hours per week.
• Must be available on the listed start dates: May 18, 2027; June 7–9, 2027; July 29, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Develop leadership and management skills through hands-on assignments in a team-based environment.
• Contribute to projects that support fleet management, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
• Interact with peers and mentors, with opportunities for performance incentives and referrals.
