Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, sales support, or related field.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for customers, sales reps, and account managers.
• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries.
• Collaborate with sales, production, and vendors for pricing and project information.
• Coordinate orders from quote through production and delivery.
• Monitor project status and provide updates to customers.
• Resolve concerns while maintaining positive customer experience.
• Maintain account documentation and standard operating procedures.
