Job summary

Enterprise is seeking a university student for its Management Internship in Peoria, IL. This paid, part-time program helps you build valuable business and leadership skills and gain real-world professional experience from day one.

From day one you’ll work in a team-based environment, learning what it takes to run a successful business and to stand apart from the crowd. The internship emphasizes hands-on projects, customer engagement, and growth alongside peers.

Qualifications

• Senior graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Spring 2027.
• 6 months of sales and/or leadership experience.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• 10-11 week commitment (no more than 90 days) with the availability to start on January 5th, 2027.
• Must be able to work 25 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Develop skills to manage a fleet of vehicles and take care of customers.
• Develop marketing strategies and build relationships with customers and coworkers.
• Complete intern projects and engage in friendly competition with peers.
