Responsibilities

• Assist in project management for public and private jobs.
• Learn bidding processes and use bidding software.
• Set up contracts and subcontracts; work with estimators and project managers.
• Support asphalt plant operations and yard/loader activities.
• Contribute to on-site construction crews and prep work.
• Understand job cost, workload, and basic P&L concepts.
• Learn material logistics and supplier/customer relations.
