Interns will shadow experienced project managers, work with subcontractors, and interact with customers. Opportunities exist to gain exposure to sales, land research, building products, and mortgage banking, with a path toward potential full-time

Qualifications

• Leadership qualities and initiative are essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and partners.
• Active college student, ideally within 12 months of graduation.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Shadow and assist a Project Manager in the field.
• Collaborate with on-site subcontractors and customers during home construction.
• Explore additional areas such as Sales & Marketing, Land Research, Building Products, and Mortgage Banking during the internship.
