Job summary

Bulley & Andrews, LLC invites students pursuing a 4-year construction or engineering degree to join our internship program in Chicago. You will support bidding, project management, and construction supervision activities under mentor guidance.

The program offers structured training, exposure to the full lifecycle of projects, and site visits across active projects with an intern compensation rate of $19 per hour.

Qualifications

• Students working toward a 4-year construction or engineering degree.
• Working knowledge of construction techniques, drawings and specifications, and building materials is a plus.
• Candidates must be self-motivated, adaptable and able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have good communication skills and be highly collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in management and coordination of submittals, cost control, scheduling, reporting and document control.
• Support bidding functions, project management and construction supervision activities.
• Participate in structured training classes and visit active project sites.
