Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Currently enrolled in a Technical College program (Machining or Tool & Die).
• Ability to apply classroom knowledge in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• Basic math skills including measuring dimensions and tolerances.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Dependable, motivated, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through manufacturing departments every 6–9 months to gain broad exposure.
• Gain hands-on experience with CNC setup and operation, manufacturing processes, and production workflows.
• Assist with assembly, inspection, material handling, and shipping.
• Read blueprints and work orders; interpret technical documentation.
• Participate in Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives; maintain safe working practices.
