Carlson Tool & Manufacturing Corp. in Cedarburg, WI is seeking a Machinist on 2nd Shift to train on CNC drilling, deep hole, and honing processes. You’ll work hands-on with mentors in a clean, climate-controlled facility and gain skills across precision machining.

Qualifications

• Prior manufacturing experience or mechanical background.
• Comfort with basic measurements and shop math.

• Prior machinedrilling and CNC machining experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate precision machines.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust for top-quality results.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Operate forklifts (training and certification provided).
