Job summary

SCS Engineers in Bedford, TX is seeking a Summer 2027 intern for our Dallas–Fort Worth office. You will gain hands-on experience in civil/environmental engineering, site development, and waste-management projects, working 40 hours per week with occasional field work.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor s or mastera0s degree in civil, environmental, geology, or biology/biosystems engineering; graduation by December 2027 or June 2028.
• Must live in the Dallasa0Forta0Worth (Bedford) area for entirety of internship; housing allowance not provided.
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D experience preferred.
• Valid drivera0s license with a driving record in good standing required.
• Ability to travel overnight for work outside of office setting may be required.

Responsibilities

• Reporting and calculation preparation.
• AutoCAD/Civil 3D design and drafting.
• Laboratory data management and review.
• Construction observation and documentation.
• Environmental and construction materials sample collection.
