Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Field Marketing and Engagement Intern to support Brand Activation on campus. This paid internship helps execute social content, campaigns, promotions and interactive events to reach set goals.

You will assist the account leader with creative requests and analyze market trends to influence decisions, while promoting engagement with the campus community through digital and live events.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Support brand activation including interactive marketing, demos, and campaigns within a budget.
• Develop campus marketing campaigns and communications that meet campus needs.
• Coordinate social media strategy to engage target audiences on campus and online.
• Create marketing materials aligned to brand specs for engagement on campus and social media.
• Use market insights to influence decisions and drive targeted outcomes.
