Job summary

Ghafari Associates is seeking an Intern to apply CAD/Revit skills under guidance from managers and project engineers. You will create engineering documents, coordinate with disciplines, and help produce 3D models. This is a full-time intern position with holidays and a competitive hourly pay rate.

The role emphasizes teamwork, initiative, and strong communication while supporting engineers through design phases and document production.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in an engineering discipline with at least two years of coursework completed.
• Prior internship or co-op experience is a plus.
• Proficient in CAD tools (Revit, AutoCAD) and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Create engineering documents using CAD technology (AutoCAD and Revit).
• Collaborate with engineers during design to determine data needs and guidelines.
• Produce and revise final documents for review; ensure sections and disciplines are coordinated.
• Produce drawings and 3D digital models as required.
• Assist with document coordination and problem resolution.
