You will deliver ABA therapy under supervision, gaining hands-on experience in home, center, or school settings, and progress through a three-stage pathway with built-in milestones and wage increases.

The program provides supervision hours, mentorship, and support across all hours, plus a clear path to BCBA with post-certification tuition reimbursement up to $20,000 and

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master's-level ABA program (verified before start date).
• Strong desire to grow into a BCBA role within a values-driven care model.
• Ability to work full-time, including afternoon and early evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Participate in supervision with experienced BCBAs.
• Learn clinical practices across assessment, intervention, documentation, and ethics.
• Attend professional development sessions and apply learnings in real time.
• Progress through Elevate's stages and earn milestone rewards.
• Collaborate with a team that values client assent and data-driven care.
