Job summary

Centria offers a full-time, paid Clinical Apprentice opportunity as part of the Elevate Program to work as a BT or RBT while progressing toward BCBA certification. You’ll receive supervision, mentorship, and a structured three-stage pathway with milestone-based wage increases, plus comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include delivering ABA therapy, collaborating with BCBAs, and building clinical competencies across key domains.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master’s-level ABA program prior to start date.
• Strong desire to grow into a BCBA role within a values-driven care model.
• Ability to work full-time, including afternoon/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within in-center environments.
• Participate in supervision with experienced BCBAs (1:1 and group).
• Learn and apply clinical practices across six core domains: assessment, intervention, documentation, and ethics.
• Attend professional development sessions and implement learnings.
• Progress through Elevate stages and earn milestone rewards.
• Collaborate with a team focused on client assent and data-driven care.
