Job summary

Centria Autism seeks a Clinical Apprentice for its Elevate Program in Michigan. This paid practicum provides supervision, mentorship, and real clinical experience delivering ABA therapy to children and families across home, center, or school settings.

You'll start as a BT or RBT and progress through Emerge, Empower, and Ascend with milestone-based wage increases and tuition reimbursement up to $20,000. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), and more.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master's-level ABA program.
• Strong desire to grow into a BCBA role within a values-driven care model.
• Ability to work full-time, including afternoon/evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Participate in 1:1 supervision with experienced BCBAs.
• Learn clinical practices across six core domains: assessment, intervention, documentation, design, ethics, and communication.
• Attend professional development sessions and apply learnings in real time.
• Progress through Elevate's stages and earn milestone rewards.
• Collaborate with a team that values compassion and data-driven care.
