Job summary

Centria-Healthcare’s Elevate Program offers a full-time, paid practicum for aspiring BCBAs to gain real clinical experience with children and families. You’ll work as a BT or RBT, advance through a three-stage pathway (Emerge, Empower, Ascend) with milestones, wage increases, and personalized supervision from BCBAs.

Compensation starts at $18–$20 per hour with $2/hour increases at each stage, plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Active enrollment in (or completion of) a master's-level ABA program before start date.
• Strong desire to grow into a BCBA within a values-driven care model.
• Ability to work full-time, including afternoon and early evening hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in a collaborative, in-center environment.
• Participate in 1:1 and small-group supervision with experienced BCBAs.
• Learn and apply clinical best practices across six domains: assessment, intervention, communication, documentation, program design, ethics.
• Attend professional development sessions and apply learnings in real time.
• Progress through Elevate's stages and earn milestone rewards.
• Collaborate with a team that values client assent and data-driven care.
